180 units, pool, kitchenette, free local calls, free hi-speed Internet access in rooms, Internet kiosk in lobby, restaurant, lanais and kitchenettes in most. A 10-floor building from 1963. Individually owned units all have different furnishings--some interesting, some quirky island style--but all are clean. The hallways could use some fresh paint. Rooms ending in 00 are inside corner rooms and have a profound lack of privacy. The 10th floor rooms facing the park have an expansive deck outside with lots of lounge chairs and tables. The pool is at the back of the building, but you probably won't use it anyway as beach is only a minute away. This resort is popular with gay travelers and there is a gay-friendly bar on the 2nd floor. Parking is $17 and is reserved. Rooms (280-360 sq. ft.) are $165-$290.
