260 rooms, pool. A 31-floor 1979 building where the units are individually owned. Rooms are inexpensively furnished but adequate and comfortably sized. Lanais are large, and some of the views (especially from the rooftop pool) are pretty good. Definitely go for a room higher up. Parking is $12. It's 3 short blocks to the beach. Studios (360 sq. ft.) are $200-$230, 1/1s (443 sq. ft) are $260-$300.
