264 rooms, free fitness room, coffee maker with free coffee daily, free Wi-Fi in lobby, free local and long distance calls to U.S. and Canada, free room safes, Nintendo. A 15-story tower from 1967. Small but comfortable. Ohana is sort of a cookie-cutter operation, and their resorts tend to look pretty similar. Bathrooms have the typical Ohana teeny-tiny shower stalls. Parking is $18. Connecting rooms available. An acceptable place to stay except that they have noisy neighbors--the Beachwalk construction project--which is expected to continue through 2009. One block from the beach. Rooms (240-305 sq. ft.) are $239-$329. This resort may close for renovations in 2008.
