230 rooms, pool, full kitchens, restaurant, coffee makers with free coffee daily. A 23-story tower from 1968. Each unit is individually owned, so there's variation in the room furnishings. (Some have only small fridges, all have microwaves, etc.) Rooms are decent-sized. There are marginal ocean views from 16th floor and above. It's a fairly long walk to the beach. Parking is $5, and local calls are 50¢. Think of it as a place to sleep, nothing more, nothing less. Rooms (450 sq. ft.) are $125-$150.
