104 rooms, pool. Snotty service and dreary rooms make it hard to find any reason to stay at this 9-floor building. We couldn't think of anything we liked about it. Parking is $14 on a first-come, first-served basis--otherwise, you'll have to scramble. Long walk to the beach. Rooms (265 sq. ft.) are $195, 1/1s (420 sq. ft.) are $265, and 2/2s (515 sq. ft.) are $345.
