67 rooms, pool, coin-op laundry, free Wi-Fi in rooms, some units have washer/dryers, bbq. A short building by Waikiki standards--only 6 floors built in 1959 surrounding its pool. They exude a 1960s feel even today, and the services are good here--very personalized from Winston Condos (above numbers)--which is also an original owner and keeps the place humming. Their customer return rate is pretty high; people seem satisfied here. Each room is independently owned, so they're all different. Overall, the building is very well maintained with a pretty pool. On the downside, the front units are right on the road and there is a bar with karaoke in the building, so expect to hear bad versions of Tiny Bubbles. Rear facing units are better. You're a few blocks from the beach. Parking is less than a block away at the Aloha Lani and is $14 (less for longer stays). 1/1s (588-788 sq. ft.) are $89-$149 plus cleaning fee, and they are quick to discount. The longer you stay, the cheaper the price. They tend to get a lot of long-staying guests. 7-night minimum. The front desk management keeps changing. As a result, we did not see the point of reviewing their units.
