15 rooms, free local calls, Wi-Fi in rooms, coffee makers with free coffee daily. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated, very well maintained and can accommodate up to 4 people. They have flat screen TVs, iPod docks and dvd players in every room. It's 4 stories and there are no elevators, so couch potatoes will want to avoid the 4th floor. All the rooms have full kitchens. Room safes are pricey at $4. They're the gem of the neighborhood. Their recent price decrease makes them an easy solid gold value. Weekly rates are even cheaper. This resort used to market mostly to gay travelers, but their recent focus is no longer solely on the gay market--everyone is welcome. Parking is $10. Maid service is every 4 days. One block from the beach. Rooms (around 300 sq. ft.) are $119-$159.
