135 rooms, coffee makers (upon request). A 10-story building from 1962. They usually discount (ask for the General Manager Special), making it pretty cheap. Good, because the rooms are fairly dreary and seem cheaply furnished. (At least they're pretty big, except for the standard category, which are also the only rooms that don't have lanais.) We were told rooms had been renovated, but we didn't find much to get excited about on this visit. Rooms (271-340 sq. ft.) are $130-$155. 1/1s (833 sq. ft.) are $205, 2/2s (986 sq. ft.) are $245. Almost 3 blocks from the beach.
