143 rooms, fitness room, free Wi-Fi, free room safes. A 22-story 1975 building with new management planning to renovate in 2008. No lanais here. This place is a moving target and we will review it again when the remodelling is finished. They plan to change the name to the "Aqua Essence." There are limited views of the ocean from some rooms (which are on the small side), and it's only a couple of minutes walk to Waikiki Beach Center. Rooms (160 sq. ft.) are $115-$155.
