19 units on 3 floors (no elevator). All units have complete kitchens but no phones. Maid service is once a week (they'll change towels more often). No room safes. bbq grills, beach mats and chairs available. Simple, clean, no frills. (They have a pretty little garden, though.) Parking is $10 but is limited. At times they give discounts up to 50%, which would definitely make it a solid gold value. Studios (287 sq. ft.) are $110-$120, 1/1s (333-448 sq. ft.) are $125-$150. About 2 blocks to the beach.
