149 units, 2 pools, a/c throughout, daily maid service, washer/dryer in unit, bbq, free high-speed Internet access in rooms, lanais on all. This is an older Wailea property (built in the late '70s), but it's an excellent value. Although not oceanfront, you're very close to several awesome Wailea beaches. Good distant ocean views, especially from the 2nd floor. Units we saw were expensively furnished and very comfortable.

The main rental agent, Destination Resorts, has extra services, such as grocery shopping before you arrive, massages, free long distance to many countries, and rental cars are available for $25 per day.

1/2s (869 sq. ft) are $215-$310, 2/2s (1,073 sq. ft.) are $280-$360. 3-night minimum. They add a 5% "resort fee" to your room rate.
