24 units, bbqs, a/c, daily maid service, 2 spas, free Wi-Fi, guest computers on roof deck. The resort has been lovingly renovated, and the rooms are very nicely furnished. Each unit is slightly different, but all are nice. It’s across the street from the ocean, but the Sunseeker building is very close to the road. The Wailana building has no unobstructed views of the ocean and a clothing-optional roof deck. If you stay on the first floor in this building, be aware that you can easily hear other guests on the floor above. The Serenity building houses two units and the Sugar Beach building is farthest from the road and has the pool. One of their spas overlooks the ocean, and sunsets from there are great. That spa is by the penthouse, and if you rent that penthouse, they will block off that spa for your exclusive use. They market themselves as gay-owned, but are open to everyone over 18. Great staff here with a lot of aloha. Standard rooms (252 sq. ft.) are $129–$175, studios (252 sq. ft.) are $139–$185, suites (391 sq. ft.) are $185–$235The serenity buidling. 1/1s (504 sq. ft.) are $189–$235. 1/1 penthouse (1,000 sq. ft.) is $229–$399, 3/3 penthouse (1,800 sq. ft.) is $299–$519.
