230 units, 3 pools, tennis court, Wi-Fi in clubhouse, most have washer/dryer in unit, bbq, children's playground, a/c. This is a huge, 28-acre gated community just outside Lahaina town, but a million miles away in terms of the tempo. Relaxed, soothing and lovely. Think of it as a tiny village on the outskirts of a busy town. Units are nicely furnished. The oceanfront units are highly coveted and worth the upgrade as they're less than 50 feet from the water. The beach is a walking beach, not good for swimming because it's reefy and cloudy. One of the pools is literally touching the ocean. Unlike most condos, each owner owns the land, as well, and variation between layouts is great. Units are large. 1/2s (800 sq. ft.) are $155-$300, 2/2s (1,250 sq. ft.) are $205-$405, 3/2s (1,600 sq. ft.) are $310-$500, 4/3s (2,600 sq. ft.) are $595-$715. They have an extra $6 per day "registration fee." (A small but nakedly unnecessary charge.) 7-night minimum.
