12 units, free hi-speed Internet access, bbq. This late '60s building has a great oceanfront location, less than 50 feet to the water. It's on a small, sandy beach, but you may find seaweed in the water. Kitchens in some aren't much to speak of, but they're functional. In all, a reasonable place to stay for the money. 1/1s (518 sq. ft.) are $130-$155, 2/2s (682 sq. ft.) are $195.
