42 units, pool, daily maid service, a/c in studios, bbqs, free rooms safes, free Wi-Fi. Three buildings with the back one containing the studios; the two oceanfront buildings have the 1/1s and 2/2s. A bit less dreamy than other Napili properties, though the rooms are adequately sized. Upper floor views are partially blocked by low-hanging eaves, resulting in a more confined experience. At press time, most (not all) of the 2/2s had new bathrooms and kitchens. Most of the furniture is the same in all units, unlike other condos, but it’s nothing to write home about. Studios (408–470 sq. ft.) are $135–$160 (most have pull-down Murphy beds), 1/1s (549 sq. ft.) are $239–$330, 2/2s (850 sq. ft.) are $399–$465. Longer stays get discounts.
