115 units, 2 pools, hi-speed Internet access in rooms, free room safes, washer/dryer in unit, bbqs, daily maid service. Located on a rocky point near a protected cove (which is calm and has decent snorkeling but sometimes poor visibility), most of the second-story rooms have nice ocean views (except A24–27). The 1/1s are nicely sized ground-floor units at around 602 sq. ft. for the A units (with B units slightly larger at 718 sq. ft.); however, the 2/2s at 955 sq. ft. have a problem. The second room is an upstairs loft-type, and an open balcony means no privacy. In fact, guests sometimes drape a blanket on the railing to keep people outside on the ground from seeing them. Overall, the units felt spacious with the bedrooms well-separated from the living room. Napili Beach is about a 5-minute walk away. Local calls are 50¢. If stairs are a problem for you, you’ll find that every unit has stairs. 1/1s are $239–$329, 2/2s are $299–$499. 2-night minimum.
