154 units, pool, bbq, Wi-Fi, shuffleboard, washer/dryer in units, elevator. An oceanfront horseshoe-shaped building with good views and very private balconies. Rooms are clean and the resort well-kept. The units in the curve of the building are slightly larger, and the 3/2s have two bedrooms on the ocean side. Sweet! However, a nearby fishpond accumulates non-native seaweed at times. In the past it was much worse than we noted on this visit. The ocean off the beach next door is not desirable for swimming, in our opinion, due to the seaweed in the water. No air conditioning, so you gotta keep the windows open to stay cool. 789 sq. ft 1/1s are $150-$180, 889 sq. ft. 2/2s are $175-$215, 3/2s are $225-$285. No credit cards. 3-night minimum.
