279 units, 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, a/c, washer/dryer in units, elevator, lanais on all, bbq. On mauka side of road not far from Kama'ole I Beach. Average units in an average complex. Room safes are $5 per stay, and they're big enough for your laptop. They told us they pulled the a/cs from the bedrooms because someone slipped on the water leaking from one and sued. (Gee, thanks, dude.) Though the number listed is for a rental agent with many units, strongly consider other rental agents, like AA Oceanfront (800) 488-6004. Rates are 1/1s (693 sq. ft.) are $110-$155, 2/2s (840 sq. ft.) are $145-$175.
