76 units, pool, bbqs, a/c in the living room, washer/dryers in some units, others share a coin-op laundry room, a few have free Wi-Fi. Mostly long term, with some vacation rentals. Seven buildings scattered around 2.8 acres. It was built in two phases, 1965 and 1969. Buildings 4 and 5 are oceanfront with second floors having the best view due to some bushes blocking first floor views. Rooms vary considerably. The grounds have lots of large trees and may block views, if you have a view from back buildings. Note that your assigned parking space may not be near your unit. 1/1s (562–638 sq. ft.) are $95–$165, 2/1s (888 sq. ft.) are $185–$265. 5-night minimum.
