316 units, 2 pools and spas, bbq, air conditioning, washer/dryer in units, hi-speed Internet access, lanais on all, 2 tennis courts. Across the street from ocean with some distant ocean views. The property is very pretty, elevated and quiet. Room decor varies but was acceptable. The units were built over a period of a dozen years. The older units built in 1989 are a bit dark. The higher up in the alphabet, the newer the buildings. 1/2 units (1,061 sq. ft.) are $195-$270, 2/2 units (split level and 1,279 sq. ft.) are $255-$340. 4-night minimum.
