204 rooms, 3 pools, daily maid service, washer/dryer in units, free Wi-Fi in lobby, free hi-speed Internet access in units, central air conditioning, bbqs. The resort is a mix of good and bad. Their location is long walk from the beach, but they’ll ferry you to and from there if you like up to 10 p.m. Also, the layout is such that you can’t drive up to most units. They’ll take your bags to your room on the first day and will drive you around if you need a hand with groceries or are physically limited. Like most condos, each is individually owned. Some are beautifully furnished and worth the money. Others are poorly furnished, but you pay the same price. This is the risk you always take when you rent a condo. If you don’t like your room, ask for another. Life’s too short and so is your vacation. Grounds are unimpressive but tidy. Local calls are $1, room safes are $1.56, and parking is $7 per day. Lots of the amenities they mention are off-grounds at other resorts they have relationships with. They have a pavilion building right on Ka‘anapali Beach available to guests, with a kitchen, restrooms, showers, beach toys, etc. Studios (750 sq. ft.) are $325–$345, 1/1s (1,400 sq. ft.) are $379–$405, 2/2s (1,800 sq. ft.) are $585–$625. Lots of packages available. 2-night minimum.
