80 units, pool, some have a/c, bbqs, hi-speed Internet access in some, elevator. A 1970s 4-story building next the ocean (a seawall fronts it). The oceanfront views are over the large lawn, but you’re not as close to the ocean as some other condos further down the road. Some 2/2s have one loft-type master bedroom, while others may have a sliding or shoji door shutting off the master suite. Some are updated nicely, others are adequate but clean. 1/1s (546 sq. ft.) are $100–$150, 2/2s (878 sq. ft.) are $110–$210. 5-night minimum. Discounts on longer stays.
