47 units, pool, some have a/c, bbqs, washer/dryer in units, elevator. This 1970s 4-story building is right next to the ocean. A seawall fronts it, but the beach is a short walk away. The oceanfront views are pleasant over the sloping large lawn, but oceanfront units are not as close to the water as some other condos, like Kana‘i A Nalu, whose units feel similar. The master bedroom is shut off by a sliding or shoji door. Some are nicely updated, others are adequate but clean. 2/2s (1,055 sq. ft.) are $110–$275. 5-night minimum. Discounts on longer stays.
