118 units, pool, some have free hi-speed Internet access, tennis court, shuffle board, Ping-Pong, some have a/c in bedroom, bbqs, some have free room safes. This is mostly long-term, owner-occupied and timeshare, but there are some vacation rentals. The buildings are amazingly ugly and painted the same color as the dust that coats them. Grounds are looking overgrown and block many views from ground-floor units, but new management staff is trying to turn the place around. Rooms are clean but unremarkable and feel small at 509 sq. ft. for a 1/1 with the kitchen part of the main living room. They have a small, rocky beach, but snorkeling along this part of the coast is not great due to poor visibility and occasional seaweed. 1/1s are $130–$185. 2/2s (988–1,212 sq. ft.) are $220. 3-night minimum. If you stay less than 10 nights, there is a cleaning fee.
