84 units, pool, bbqs, shuffleboard, hi-speed Internet access, washer/dryer only in 2/2s (the rest use coin-op), elevator. A 6-story semi-circular building with nice views north up the coast, especially rooms ending with 01 or 02. Though built in 1974, it’s clean, tidy, and they have nice extras such as a good front office, huge lawn area, putting green and games such as croquet and bocce ball. It’s a short walk to Keawakapu Beach. Three room layouts: 1/1 D units (500 sq. ft), 1/2 B & C units (650 sq. ft.) and 2/2 A units (950 sq. ft.). Those square footages include the lanais. B & C units are the best deal. Rooms ending in 03–06 overlook the pool, which may be a bit noisy. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay because of the price and location, not because of the rooms themselves, which are acceptable but not remarkable. 1/1s are $231–$289, 1/2s are $264–$326, 2/2s are $330–$433. 4-night minimum.
