30 units, pool, a/c, bbq, free Wi-Fi in most, lanais on all. In windy north Kihei with small rooms that felt over-priced to us. Ground units A1-A8 have poorest views. At least it's on a broad, sandy beach with a pleasant pool area. 1/1s (approx. 600 sq. ft.) are $155-$210, 2/2s (approx. 800 sq. ft.) are $190-$255. The second bedroom is a loft.
