180 units, pool, shuffleboard, lanais on all, bbq, washer/dryers and a/c in deluxe units. It's across the street from Kama'ole II Beach, but the views of it aren't too great. In fact, avoid the buildings closest to the beach (1-3 and 13) due to traffic noise. (Since it's across the street from the water, closer to beach means closer to the road.) The buildings are cheap mid-'70s construction, but the rooms are clean and functional, and the kitchens are complete. You can't beat the price and proximity to the beach. Good for the budget traveler. Nice folks here. The 625 sq. ft. 1/1s are $98-$168. Kihei Maui Vacations also has some units here. 3-night minimum.
