54 units, pool, bbq, air conditioning, elevator, hi-speed Internet access in most units, lanais on all, maid service every 8 days, washer/dryers in the 2/2s (all others use the coin-op laundry room). And in those 2/2s, the master bedroom is on the ocean side of the unit. Ground floor views aren't as good as the stories above. (There are 6 floors altogether.) All units face the ocean (and some are pretty close to the ocean). Overall, the units themselves are unremarkable, but their proximity to the ocean is excellent. 1/1s or 1/2s (approx. 800 sq. ft.) are $195-$245, 2/2s (1,000 sq. ft.) are $280-$355. 5-night minimum.
