68 units, pool, bbq, washer/dryer in units, a/c in some, free hi-speed Internet access in most, elevator. Some units face away from the ocean and should be avoided. There's a nice lawn between you and the ocean seawall, and the pool's in front of the building, so you can't see the ocean from there. They will put a fruit basket in your room if you stay more than a week. They have two categories--superior and deluxe. The price difference is $16, so spring for a superior. 1/1s (575 sq. ft.) are $139-$289. 3-night minimum.
