88 units, pool, bbqs, hi-speed Internet access in some, elevator. They’re near the ocean, but a seawall prevents you from seeing the shoreline. (A small detail, granted, but it takes away from some of the oceanfront experience.) Higher floors have better views. Rooms are averaged-sized 556 sq. ft. for the studios and 611–661 sq. ft. 1/1s. Grounds are tidy but basic. Some units have been upgraded, others feel very dated. Rates are $125–$150 for studios, $140–$235 for 1/1s. 5-night minimum.
