105 units, pool, a/c, washer/dryer in units, spa, bbq, 2 lighted tennis courts. This is sort of the forgotten resort of Ka'anapali. It's far from the beach and quiet (except for some traffic noise from the nearby highway), and you may not see many people. Local calls are 25¢. The 2/2s are huge with 1,800-1,900 sq. ft. with split level layouts on 3rd floor units. Most are long term or owner-occupied, and the remaining vacation rentals display a large variation, from really nice to so-so. This property is in great condition because it seems under-used. Rates are $225-$300. 5-night minimum.
