84 units, pool, a/c, washer/dryer in units, free Wi-Fi in some (computer in lobby), bbqs, elevator. A 6-story 1970s building with most units facing the ocean. Condos are clean, but not remarkable. There is a nice big lawn by the ocean, but no beach. It’s a short walk to a sandy beach. 1/1 units (683 sq. ft.) at $160–$190. 2/2 units (802 sq. ft.) are $190–$245. 4-night minimum. Discounts on longer stays and some packages available. Ma‘alaea Bay Realty & Rentals also has units here for less money.
