18 units, pool, free hi-speed Internet access, bbqs, air conditioning in bedrooms. You get a lot for your money here. Small but very well-kept grounds, mostly nicely furnished rooms (especially for these prices), and very close to the water (about 100 feet). The shoreline is sometimes sandy, sometimes not. Rooms 101 to 104 and 201 to 205 are slightly larger than the rest. The building was built in 1973 but is very well cared for. Though built close to the street, they use safety glass (like the kind in your windshield) to deaden the street noise, and it works really well. In short, a great deal. Parking lot is very small here. Rates are $130–$180 for 1/1s (495–583 sq. ft.). 2/1s, which have their second bedroom as a loft and are 611–679 sq. ft., are $185–$190. If you stay less than 10 nights, there is a cleaning fee.
