59 units, pool, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard, lanais on all, bbq. A long, skinny oceanfront building, so everyone gets a good view, especially on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The beach they're on is marginal, but during whale season it's a good place to be. This area gets the ever-present seaweed collecting on the beach, so swim elsewhere. Units are small at 616 sq. ft. for 1/1s, 2/2s are roomier at 915 sq. ft. 1/1s cost $140-$170, 2/2s are $175-$220. It's older than most (1969-70) but seems well maintained. The bottom phone numbers have units for more money. No minimum stay here.
