45 units, pool, bbq, a/c in most bedrooms, some have hi-speed Internet access. This is one of the best bargains on Kaua'i. Very clean inside and out, nicely furnished for the money, excellent, elevated oceanfront location. 1/1 units (approx. 600 sq. ft.) are $140-$156. What a deal! It's great to hear the roar of the ocean (and be so close to the beach), and to pay this little makes it even dreamier. Units ending in 01-03 don't have quite as good a view and can be noisier as they are closer to the main road. Higher floors are better. Rooms farthest from the road have more private lanais. Surprisingly, though you're so close to the water, there's no path down to the beach. You'll have to walk off the property first. 4-night minimum.
