41 units, pool, bbq, some have a/c in bedrooms, most have free hi-speed Internet access, garage. This complex consists of 16 2-story units, mostly duplexes, some triplexes and quads. End units have the most light. It is a similar property to Villas of Kamali'i. There are no ocean views here, mostly golf course views with buildings 3-28 having the best views. There is a fairly small pool for the size of the complex, which is made up of all 3/3s at 1,732 sq. ft. The open floor plans and vaulted ceilings make them feel much larger than they list and some even have a fireplace for those nights it plunges down into the 60s. Even though the buildings are attached, they don't seem crowded once you are inside since most views are directed away from other units. This is a good choice if you are looking for a condo to sleep 6 people comfortably. 3/3s are $175-$195. 3-night minimum from first phone number and a 5-night minimum from second set of phone numbers. Rates are higher at the second set of numbers for a 5 night stay, but drop to a much better deal at 7 or more nights.
