226 units, 2 tennis courts, bbqs, pool , keiki pool, 2 spas, playground, volleyball and small basketball courts, Wi-Fi in the common areas, (from first set of numbers) daily maid and room safes. Most units are timeshares, but many are not. The room layout is good, especially the third floor units with lofts and high ceilings. Buildings 8 and maybe 9 are worth the upgrade to ocean view; otherwise, stick with garden views since other ocean views are pretty distant. Rooms in the rental pool, from the first set of numbers, were going through upgrades at press time and had pleasing results. Lots of stuff for rent at the front desk, from bikes to beach chairs. They have a great bbq hale on the bluff by the ocean. 1/2 units (917-963 sq. ft.) are $240-$270, 1/2 units with loft (quasi second bedroom) at 1,137-1,197 sq. ft. are $300-$330. The second set of numbers are for Oceanfront Realty, whose rates can be substantially cheaper, but they don't have daily maid service. From them, it's a Solid Gold Value. Ahh!
