226 units, 2 tennis courts, bbq, pool and 2 spas, playground, volleyball and small basketball courts, Wi-Fi in the common areas. Most units are timeshares, but many are not. The room layout is pleasing, especially the units with lofts and high ceilings. Buildings 8 and maybe 9 are worth the upgrade to ocean view; otherwise, stick with garden views since other ocean views are pretty distant. 1/2 units (1,218 sq. ft.) are $240-$270, 1/2 units with loft (quasi second bedroom) are $300-$330. The second set of numbers are for Oceanfront Realty whose rates can be substantially cheaper (and their units are better), but they have fewer services, a 3-night minimum and all non-smoking units. With Oceanfront Realty, it's a Solid Gold Value. With the first set of numbers you get maid service once a week or more if you want. Lots of stuff for rent at the front desk, from bikes to beach chairs.
