35 units, free hi-speed Internet access in rooms, free Wi-Fi in some, bbq, pool, elevator. Built in 1968 (you'd swear it was the '50s), it's old but fairly well-kept. All units have nice ocean views, with the third floor and above being particularly good. It's very popular with seniors and long-time repeat guests. Average value. 1/1 units (780 sq. ft.) are $125-$175, 2/2 units (1,037 sq. ft.) are $250. Master bedrooms are only shut off by shoji doors, which creates less privacy. 4-night minimum. Add 3.5% for credit card payments.
