35 units, pool, free hi-speed Internet access in a few, free Wi-Fi in rec room, bbq area, elevator. Built in 1968 (you’d swear it was the ’50s), it’s old but fairly well-kept in the common areas. The units all vary, but mostly they are in need of updating. They all have nice ocean views, with the third floor and above being particularly good. Units ending in 01 and 08 are 2 bedrooms. Master bedrooms are only shut off by shoji doors, which creates less privacy. It’s very popular with seniors and long-time repeat guests. An average value. 1/1 units (780 sq. ft.) are $125–$175, 2/2 units (1,037 sq. ft.) are $250. 4-night minimum. Add 3.5% for credit card payments.
