42 units, 3 pools and spas (you can't access all of them, though), a/c, tennis courts. Though part of Po'ipu Kai, it's handled by a different agent, and it's more upscale than the rest of the complex. Units are large, and amenities such as granite counter tops and Jacuzzi tubs, 36-inch TVs with surround sound and higher-end furniture are complemented by unusually good service for a condo. When you arrive, the doors are unlocked, music is playing in the rooms, and the smell of fresh flowers fills the air. Most of the units are owned by the original developer, so rooms are comparably outfitted. 3-night minimum. The only thing lacking here is a view, but these are some of the nicest condos on the island. 1/1s (when available) are $229, 2/2s (1,350 sq. ft.) are $269, 3/3s (1,650 sq. ft.) are $339, 4/3s (1,850 sq. ft.) are $399, 5/3s (2,200 sq. ft.) are $499. They were finishing work on 27 more units at press time.
