79 units, 4 pools and spas (you can't access all of them, though), free hi-speed or Wi-Fi in units, a/c, tennis courts, bbqs. Though part of Po'ipu Kai, it's handled by different agents, and it's more upscale than the rest of the complex. The resort was built in three phases (the last of which was finished in 2008). Units are large, and amenities such as granite counter tops and Jacuzzi tubs, 36-inch TVs with surround sound and higher-end furniture are complemented by unusually good service for a condo. When you arrive, music fills the room as does the smell of fresh flowers. Most of the units are managed by the original developer, so rooms are comparably outfitted. The only thing lacking here is a view, but these are some of the nicest condos on the south shore. 1/1s (when available) are $229, 2/2s (1,350 sq. ft.) are $269, 3/3s (1,650 sq. ft.) are $339-$399, 4/3 or 4/4s (1,850 sq. ft.) are $399-$499, 5/3s (2,200 sq. ft.) are $499. 3-night minimum. The second agent listed only handles units in the Villas.
