56 rooms, tennis court, pool, bbq. Units are large (2,079 sq. ft.), comfortable and most are very nice. Most units (especially higher floors) have commanding ocean views. Units vary depending on the care of the particular owner, but most we saw were nice. The great ocean bluff causes lots of seaspray-induced maintenance headaches. Many bathrooms have deep, round Japanese-style tubs or Jacuzzis next to the shower. Note that some of the unit owners have converted their lanai into a separate room (which they call an atrium). It's nice, but your upstairs neighbors will be able to see you through the glass...so behave yourself. 2/2 units from the first phone number (which is an off-island rental agent) are $295-$375 and have a 3-night minimum. The second numbers has less pricey units mostly of similar quality and no minimum stay. Regency Pacific Realty and Kaua'i Vacation Rentals also have units here. Marc Resorts has some, too, but we don't recommend them.
