90 units, bbq, pool. Units are 2-story with 4 to a building. Units on the golf course perimeter have nice course views; interior units have no view. The design gives units an open feel. Lots of long-term condos but some vacation rentals. Upstairs can get warm, so consider opening the downstairs and upstairs sliding glass windows to get some air flow. 2/2 units (1,200 sq. ft.) are $180-$205, depending on quality. That's overpriced; hope you get a good discount. All units are non-smoking. 3-night minimum.
