90 units, pool, free hi-speed Internet access, bbq. Units are 2-story with 4 to a building. The design gives units an open feel. Lots of long-term condos but some vacation rentals. Upstairs can get warm, so consider opening the downstairs and upstairs sliding glass windows to get some air flow. The majority of units have no views because the Westin was built between this property and the ocean. You can still catch some decent views of the golf course and distant ocean from units in buildings 12–16. 2/2 units (1,532 sq. ft.) are $99-$150 depending on quality. Prices have come down in recent years. Second set of numbers has a 3-night minimum and no Internet.
