72 units, pool, coin-op laundry (washer/dryers in some units). South-facing studios have a/c. Grounds are very well-tended, and the pool and bbq area are very pretty. Built in 1962, the resort's clean for its age. Located across the road from the ocean, this used to be a hotel and was converted to condos, so expect some bizarre room layouts. Some long-term rentals here. Studios (338-450 sq. ft.) are $129-$145, 1/1 units (600-720 sq. ft.) are $145-$175. 5-night minimum. Units also available from Po'ipu Connection (800) 742-2260. This is a non-smoking property. The second set of numbers has much cheaper units, qualifying them as a solid gold value.
