241 units, 2 lighted tennis courts, pool and spa, 2 saunas, bbq, washer/dryer and a/c in some units, coin-op available, hi-speed Internet access in units from first set of numbers. Although it's a fairly old resort, it's well cared for. Part timeshare, part vacation rental. Rates are quite reasonable from the first set of numbers who have many recently renovated rooms (ask for one). Spring for the oceanfront (bldgs. A-D) if you can. 2-bedroom units have exceptionally large master bedrooms. The lower phone number has higher rack rates, though they have lots of discounts. One tip: If you get an oceanfront unit, note that first floor units will allow people walking by on the ocean path to look right into your room. If that's an issue, get one off the ground. 1/1 units (740 sq. ft.) are $135-$205, 2/2 units (1,132 sq. ft.) are $150-$235.
