9 units, a/c, spa, bbq, coin-op laundry. Not really a condo, or a hotel. More like a plantation. (Oh...I get it!) No real views here. Grounds don't seem especially well-tended; rooms are clean but the fixtures and appliances are showing their age. The resort layout and personalization of the staff means guests often get to know each other well here. Maid service is extra. 1/1 units (650 sq. ft.) are $135-$155, 2/2 units (900 sq. ft.) are $175-$190. The adjacent "main house" is available for weddings and as a B&B. 5-night minimum.
