12 units, bbq, pool. Units aren't huge at 900 sq. ft., but they feel big enough and the layout is pleasing. Most important, the views and proximity to the ocean are stellar. Units ending in 3 or 4 command the best views; those ending in 1 are partially blocked but still admirable. Higher floors (2nd and 3rd) are best. There is a 4-night minimum, but the price is right for the location. 2/2s are $165-$210. The entire property is non-smoking.
