It's clean but is starting to feel very dated. Most people get good rates (cheaper than our printed rack rates). Ask for their "Best Rate," which is about $129 when available. At that price it would definitely be a Solid Gold Value. 1/1 units (775 sq. ft.) are $179-$219.
