70 units, 2 tennis courts and a paddle ball court, bbq, pool and dipping pool. Well-maintained grounds. The rooms seem to vary a lot. The two-story townhouse style rooms have an annoying layout and aren't worth the money, but the other 2/2 units are an acceptable value. Many of the units are starting to look pretty dated. 1/2 units (1,400 sq. ft.) are $145-$195, 2/2 units (2,100 sq. ft.) are $145-$279, 3/2 units (2,300 sq. ft.) are $300-$500. All units are non-smoking, 5-night minimum.
