8 rooms, bbq. They claim this "was probably the first hotel on the island." It's...disheveled but reasonably clean (for the money). Rooms are small--most under 200 sq. ft.--and have bathrooms and fridges but no phones or TVs. Some with a/c. Best view is of the Dumpster. $55-$70. Cash only. If you stay more than two nights, the rates drop. They have a piano in the tiny lobby that you can play, but we doubt you'll find Billy Joel staying here. This is probably the cheapest place to stay on the island.
