46 units, (large) pool, bbq, a/c in some bedrooms. No real views. Units are very large and worth the money if you need lots of wiggle room. Even the lanais are huge. Grounds are nice. The floor plans are all over the place. Try to get the round buildings; the square ones are a bit close together. 3/2s (1,950-2,000 sq. ft.) are $170-$220. Some units have a third bathroom. All are non-smoking.
