28 rooms, coin-op laundry, free Wi-Fi in the lobby. No phones. This is probably your best bet in Lihu'e (but it is a bit pricier). It has small, clean rooms and few amenities, but the present owner has made an effort with the decor and property. Rooms (108-260 sq. ft.) are $75-$89 (some of those $89 rooms have a kitchenette). Larger rooms with full kitchens are $100.
